Dental treatment cannot be evaluated from the final photograph alone.
Bone anatomy, remaining teeth, bite relationships, periodontal
condition, restorative space and the patient's goals all influence
treatment planning.
These cases illustrate different clinical approaches used at
DENTOLOGY. They are not intended to suggest that every patient
requires the same procedure.
Dental implant cases
Replacing Missing or Failing Teeth
Selected cases ranging from replacement of a single front tooth
to reconstruction of multiple posterior teeth.
Posterior dental implant clinical case at DENTOLOGY
SINGLE-TOOTH IMPLANT
Posterior Molar Replacement With Bone Augmentation
A missing lower molar had been absent long enough for substantial
ridge volume to be lost. Bone augmentation and implant placement
were coordinated, followed by restoration after healing.
Front tooth dental implant clinical case at DENTOLOGY
ANTERIOR IMPLANT
Broken Front Tooth Replaced With an Implant
A fractured upper front tooth was removed and an implant with
bone grafting was placed during the same surgical visit. The
restorative phase included digital planning and a ceramic
implant crown.
Multiple posterior dental implants clinical case at DENTOLOGY
MULTIPLE DENTAL IMPLANTS
Rehabilitation of Missing Back Teeth
This patient required reconstruction of multiple posterior areas.
Treatment combined implant placement with surgical and restorative
planning to rebuild posterior support.
Immediate lower molar dental implant case at DENTOLOGY
IMMEDIATE IMPLANT
Immediate Lower Molar Replacement
Severely compromised posterior teeth were removed and the molar
site received an implant with bone grafting during the same
surgical appointment. The implant was restored after integration.
Several teeth replaced with dental implants at DENTOLOGY
SEVERAL TEETH REPLACEMENT
Three Implants With Bone Reconstruction
Following complications and bone loss at a previous extraction
site, treatment included management of the affected area,
placement of three implants and simultaneous bone grafting.
The remaining upper teeth had a poor prognosis with substantial
bone loss and bite concerns. Treatment included extraction,
grafting, sinus augmentation and placement of six implants,
followed by a fixed full-arch restoration.
Full mouth dental reconstruction case at DENTOLOGY
COMPREHENSIVE REHABILITATION
Comprehensive Full-Mouth Reconstruction
This complex case required coordinated treatment involving
restorative dentistry, dental implants and ceramic restorations
to reconstruct compromised and missing teeth.
Complete conservative smile makeover case at DENTOLOGY
COMPREHENSIVE SMILE REHABILITATION
Complete Conservative Smile Makeover
Detailed smile and restorative evaluation was followed by
treatment designed to improve tooth form, proportions and
overall smile balance while preserving appropriate tooth
structure whenever possible.

IMPLANT EMERGENCY · ALL-ON-X
Broken All-on-X Temporary Bridge After Overseas Treatment
Patients who return from overseas implant treatment with a cracked,
loose, or failed full-arch temporary bridge can be evaluated at DENTOLOGY.
When clinically appropriate and compatible with the implant system, the
temporary restoration may be repaired or a new temporary prosthesis can
be fabricated so the patient is not left without usable teeth during healing.
Implant supported lower denture stabilization case at DENTOLOGY
TWO-IMPLANT OVERDENTURE
Stabilizing a Loose Lower Denture
After compromised lower teeth were removed, two implants were
placed to support attachment components for a lower denture.
Following integration, the denture was connected to the implants
to improve retention and function.
Existing front crowns with visible dark margins were replaced with
ceramic restorations. Soft-tissue contouring was incorporated where
appropriate to refine the relationship between teeth and gingiva.
Periodontal evaluation identified excess gingival tissue that
could be treated conservatively. Laser contouring was used to
modify the visible gum line, followed by healing and reassessment.
A clinical evaluation is the first step in determining which
restorative, implant or cosmetic options may be appropriate
for your anatomy, oral health and goals.
